Different types of accredited online courses

Here is a brief summary of the different types of accredited online courses that are available online.

Online Graduate Courses – The online bachelors courses run to three years, just as a full time college graduation program would do. There is generally no age limit for doing these courses. Graduations in all the fields can be obtained by online learning, such as in the various streams of science, commerce, arts, law, etc.

Online Postgraduate Courses – The online masters courses as they, are also called, are available for people who have completed their graduation courses in a relevant branch of study. Generally online masters courses are of two years in duration, but some online colleges do provide a one-year online masters course.

Online PhD courses – Online PhD courses, or online doctorate courses, are much harder to get because of the difficulties in getting the proper study material and guides to work with. Thesis will need to be prepared even in the online PhD courses, which will need to be shown to a guide. This part of the course where the theses are evaluated is generally done in physical presence of a guide. Online PhD courses are among the most expensive courses available on the Internet.

Online MBA courses – Online MBA courses are much in demand all over the world. These courses teach business administration to entrepreneurs who expect to become great businesspeople of tomorrow. Most people do their MBA courses online, and at a later stage of their lives, when they find out that having an MBA degree will improve their prospects at work. However, it is also true that the online MBA courses are the most expensive courses available on the Internet.

There is a lot of difference in the pricing of these courses too; since the prices are decided by the institutions that are running the show. Even for the same course, different online institutions will have different prices. The prices of accredited institutions will certainly be higher than others, but the best sense is studying only with an accredited institution.
